We FOCUS exclusively on interim management. We do not carry out permanent recruitment or any type of consultancy. We PRODUCE a written brief for each assignment which details the background; the key deliverables; the anticipated duration; and the skills and experience needed to successfully complete the assignment. We BELIEVE it is important that the relationship between interim provider, interim manager and client is completely open. Therefore, we ask the interim manager to invoice the client directly for his/her daily charge and we invoice our fee separately.
