How do you brief an interim manager about a particular assignment? we produce a written brief for each assignment which details the background; the key deliverables; the anticipated duration; and the skills and experience needed to successfully complete the assignment.Q. How do you charge for your services? Leading Edge believes it is important that the relationship between interim provider, interim manager and client is completely open. Therefore, we ask the interim manager to invoice the client directly for his/her daily charge and we invoice our fee separately. |
